Sometimes I have to seriously try not to bring up the topic of my career because I could go on for hours about my students, teammates, school and all things second grade. I'm pretty sure if I went on for hours I would send all my friends running. Which is where I am hoping this blog will come into play.
I recently moved to Texas. I have lived here for three months and we have been in school for nine weeks now, however I am going to backtrack blog.
My first official post is going to be about my Minion classroom door. I brought my door to life the week before school began and he has been the 22nd student of my classroom ever since.
I haven't decided if I created the minion door for my students or for myself. I am a strong believer that the environment you are in will alter the mood that you are in. And lets be honest who could be in a bad mood with this guy greeting you when the door is open and watching over you while you are learning!
